Refurb, Rebrand and Launch
Graze Catering engaged CARA PR to help transform an underutilised Fitzroy Falls venue into a visually compelling wedding and events destination. What had once been a plain, largely overlooked hall was repositioned through brand strategy, creative direction, partnerships, digital refinement, and campaign execution into a space with clear commercial and aesthetic appeal.
The Brief
Launch a newly refurbished event space connected to The Burrow and reposition Graze Catering as a more credible, distinctive, and desirable hospitality brand within the Southern Highlands wedding and events market.
This required more than promotion. It called for a full repositioning of both the venue and the business behind it.
